Contracted Management Service

Pricing is evaluated based on the scope of the requirements, size of business and level of engagement required.

We offer a broader service than our other options, which include on site surveillance, business improvement, additional standards such as aerospace EN9100 and automotive IATF16949. We operate as the Quality Management role for the business in this type of contract, providing customer facing support and leading external audits.

Special Projects

For special projects, an evaluation is required to assess the scope of the project, both tactical fixes and then longer term improvements to address systemic issues.

These projects often demand higher engagement to start with and then a mixed model of sustained support until key measures indicate solutions are embedding and risk is low enough to close the project. 

Pricing will usually be relating to days required against the dimensions of the challenge with a predicted reduction in time required once major improvements have been deployed.

BMS HUB – “NEW”

BMS HUB provides our online management system, tailored to your needs and branded to match your company image.

The basic system includes a full instance of the ISO9001 Quality Management System and is our UKAS certifiable model. 

Whether you want formal certification or a certificate provided by ourselves, our system is proven to meet the high standards expected by UKAS and a such provides you with the greatest value and benefits.

With all our price models we include support and personal help to get you in good shape with the system, you do not need any prior knowledge.

To avoid a fee for building the site in the first place and then charge monthly, we charge a single annual payment and absorb the cost of the build. The management standards are only effective if they are applied to assist your business now and for the future.

Where required we can also support you if you proceed to gain an ISO standard from a UKAS accredited audit agency, additional fees are limited to the days needed.

CNC Machine Capability Assessment

We own a Renishaw Ball Bar, a device capable of assessing your CNC milling or CNC turning machine to establish how well it is performing. With suitable pre-setup, we can process up to 20 machines in 8 hours.

The result is a full report for each machine and we can also maintain a running set of results to allow you to show the machine capability. This is especially useful when addressing tight tolerance feature requirements and also when aiming to gain a new customer, where you can show results of the tests.

We charge £750/day ex.vat in the UK. Distances exceeding 100 miles from Nottingham may require expense costs.

Training – On-Site

We offer training in quality system and standards awareness, business improvement tools and techniques.

On-site training has the advantage of greater engagement of your team and also allows practical examples and involvement of team members to learn the new skills.

Training Portal – coming soon

There are a lot of skills that can be acquired using on line training, these are mainly skills where you can learn as an individual and a team environment is not required, or may be difficult to arrange.

Our Training Portal has a range of courses at low prices to help you get access to a lot of content without breaking the budget. We can also set up courses that are company specific.

The online training allows for short courses from a few minutes to a few hours and you can do as much as you like at a time. With questions asked by the system at stages of each course, a successful candidate is automatically awarded a certificate to evidence they completed the course to a high standard.

Pricing will be announced when we launch later in 2025.
